The Georgian South District Tent is a highly visible and professional addition to any event with Masonic participation. Whether you’re promoting your lodge, participating in a community festival, or hosting a public event, the tent provides an excellent focal point and helps showcase Freemasonry within our communities.

All lodges, Masonic & Wardens’ Associations and Concordant Bodies within the Georgian South District are welcome to reserve the tent at no cost.  We encourage all our lodges and Masonic organizations to take advantage of this valuable District resource to help increase our visibility and support successful community events.

To Request the use of the Tent

To request a booking, simply read the Terms and Conditions associated with usage of the tent, then complete and submit the District Tent Booking Application Form below. A member of the District team will contact you to confirm availability and coordinate the pickup, return, and any other necessary arrangements.
